• Attract new clients and be responsible for an existing international portfolio of trusts and companies
• Liaise with colleagues in implementing and managing a cohesive business development strategy
• Attend board meetings in Geneva and sister offices
• Promote a culture of professionalism and excellence
• Attend management meetings to discuss and review financial income and expenditure against budget
• Maintain confidentiality of client information .
• Be willing to attend and speak at lectures and conferences in order to promote the business
• Provide input and services as a director/trustee of the client structures , escalating problems or anomalies at the earliest opportunity

Requirements and skills :

• Fluent English ( preferably mother tongue) , ideally also French and one other language
• International tax planning/structuring experience
• Knowledge of planning for UK resident, non-domiciled individuals
• STEP/ACA/LLB/tax qualified and at least 10 years relevant experience
• Proven development experience of a particular country market, such as Russia/LATAM/Middle East/Asia/UK
• Be commercially minded and have a clear perception of client requirements and industry trends
